Looking for a Sourcing specialist

We are searching for a sourcing agent to find a manufacturer in Europe who can fulfill the complete process of manufacturing!!! (Production or purchase of all individual parts, assembly & packaging) -> There should be no interfaces between the trades!

The basic conditions are the following:

Procedure:

- After acceptance and confirmation of the project an NDA (client and contractor) is made

- Contractor creates a supplier list (Google Drive is provided)

- Contractor arranges that also an NDA is signed with the potential manufacturers (Google Drive is provided)

- Tender documents are prepared by the client and provided to the contractor for sending to vendors

- Contractor has to do negotiation, coordination,....with the manufacturers

- Finalization and presentation of the most suitable manufacturer for this project

Duration:

- 4-6 weeks until the presentation of results

Expected outcome:

- Current status of vendor list (requested, rejected, accepted).

- Complete offer (part price, tooling cost, payment terms, prototypes, certificates, ...) from the most suitable manufacturer who can produce and deliver the complete product

- Schedule from the manufacturer

We are looking for a manufacturer who can produce a high-quality stainless steel cocktail set and develop or enhance other bar products.

Below are some important points regarding the project:

- 12-parts stainless steel cocktail set. (Shaker, citrus press, sieve, tongs, bar spoon,...).

- Materials: stainless steel utensils, wooden stand, small components made of silicone & plastic (e.g. for tightness,..)

- With the manufacturer, it is additionally planned to implement further or new developments of bar products

- Certificates: REACH, POP, or according to the manufacturer's proposal.

- Main dimensions: 200x200x100 mm (largest component)

- Required manufacturing processes: Deep drawing, sheet metal forming, punching, assembly, packaging (small components can be purchased).

- Annual quantity 2023: 19,000 sets or MOQ

- Timing: First delivery Q3/2023

- Delivery location: DDP Germany (Amazon warehouse)

- Sales markets: EU except for France

- We are looking for an all-in-one solution: development(for new products), manufacturing, packaging & shipping.
