Looking to work with a freelancer based in the US that has deep expertise in the sourcing of carton packaging in North America, looking for suppliers capable of competitively supplying carton packaging to a company based in the Carolinas

Commercial:
1. If the freelancer doesn't find any suppliers that can quote below current price paid by the client , then the freelancers charges us $300
2. If the freelancer finds less than 2 suppliers that can price competitively , then the freelancer charges $450
3. If the freelancer finds more than 2 suppliers that can price competitively, then the freelancer charges $600
Please note that those suppliers will eventually need to make samples to demonstrate their ability to make the specs to the client's satisfaction.
